Preparations for the city’s enterprise software migration are underway, aiming to transition from legacy platforms to contemporary solutions. The initiative encompasses comprehensive Finance upgrades alongside replacement of existing call center infrastructure. Residents will notice no interface modifications during portal usage, yet service quality will improve substantially.

During the implementation window in November, temporary interruptions may occur. Please anticipate brief service disruptions as planned maintenance activities proceed.

  • Thursday, November 20, 2026, at 6 p.m. until Monday, November 24, 2026, at 6 a.m.

During these periods, the city's primary business and financial systems—including related internal and external platforms—will be temporarily offline, affecting:

  • Ariba: Vendor partners cannot submit or approve invoices via Ariba during this timeframe.
  • Escrow Portal: Escrow providers cannot request or receive self-service quotes for upcoming property transactions.
  • City Payment Portal: Online payment gateway and IVR system for non-utility accounts will be temporarily unavailable. Balance checks and payments are suspended.
  • TPU and Environmental Services Customer Support: Staffed phone lines will close Nov 21 for system training. Payment drop boxes remain accessible; processing resumes Nov 24. Voicemail handling continues for waste management services.
  • GIS Systems: Mapping tools used by public works teams will pause updates throughout the upgrade cycle.
  • TPU MyAccount: Utility customers lose MyAccount functionality for payments, balance viewing, extensions, and budgeting until service resumes.
  • Payboxes: Payment terminals for utilities and licenses will be offline. Utility and license fee payments halt during downtime.
  • Property Management: Tenant transition processes via the portal are suspended until service returns.
  • TPU Interactive Voice Response: Callers can still file outage reports but cannot view balances or complete transactions.
