The Environmental Services Commission (ESC) provides recommendations to the City Council, City Manager, and Environmental Services staff on wastewater, stormwater, and solid waste rates. The commission also advises the Environmental Services director on services, policies, and programs.

The ESC consists of 15 members—13 voting and two ex-officio non-voting members—appointed by the City Manager. Members represent a diverse cross-section of Tacoma, including large and small businesses, developers, government entities, and residential groups. More information is available at [SITEURL]/esc.
